A highly-engaged member and leader of REBNY, for which he currently serves as Co-Chair of New Development Committee, Kliegerman has previously served twice as Chairman of Residential Ethics Committees and four terms as Chairman of the Downtown Committee. He also serves on the advisory board for The George Washington University's Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis and was recently asked to join the Board of Directors of Common Ground, a not-for-profit organization that aims to end homelessness through developing affordable housing for vulnerable New York families and individuals.
Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications and Brand Strategy, Amy Gotzler is a seasoned public relations professional with extensive real estate and luxury brand experience. Amy's primary responsibility is to protect and promote the Brown Harris Stevens brand through strategic media relations and internal communications campaigns. Amy manages the press for all Brown Harris Stevens divisions in New York City, the Hamptons and Palm Beach including Residential Sales, Residential Property Management Services, Appraisals and Consulting Services, Healthcare Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, and Relocation Services.
Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens, Amy was a Senior Account Executive at HWPR in New York City, a leading full-service public relations and marketing firm specializing in luxury brands. While at HWPR, Amy spearheaded the PR and marketing campaigns for a wide range of clients in fields including residential real estate, commercial real estate, charities, architecture, interior design and the arts. Her scope of responsibilities spanned all aspects of account management including: media relations, business development and strategic planning. Before her tenure at HWPR, Amy was the Associate Director of Sean Kelly Gallery, an internationally respected contemporary art gallery in Manhattan. Amy earned a master's degree in Art History from The American University in Washington, DC.
David is the co-head of Christie's International Real Estate's Development Project Marketing team and brings over 20 years of resort development, marketing and sales experience.
Within Christie's International Real Estate he has worked on high-value renown projects including Ten Trinity Square, La Tiara di Cervo, St James's House and The Bulgari Residences.
David was previously Vice President of the EMEA business unit and member of the Executive Management Committee of Playground, (part of the IntraWest Group), with responsibility for multiple projects and over 60 employees.
He has held various positions within Club Mediterranee SA, (development and marketing) Immostreet.com (general management), SG Warburg, (financing) and Baring Brothers & Co., Limited, (mergers & acquisitions).
David holds a BSc Econ (Hons) from the London School of Economics and an MBA from IMD, (Dean's List) in Lausanne.
Giles is senior director and co-head of Christie's International Real Estate's specializing in new development sales.
Giles also leads private client property acquisitions for Christie's, working closely with the Chairman's office. Giles has been responsible for some of the world's highest value residential transactions and has led sales and marketing campaigns on several iconic branded developments including One Hyde Park, The Bulgari Residences, The Lancasters, Ten Trinity Square, St James's House and La Tiara di Cervo.
Giles has an array of international high-net-worth clients and contacts and has worked internationally in different prime property markets.
Giles has a BA (Hons) Business degree from Westminster, London. Giles previously held senior posts at Savills and founded property advisory firm VanHan.
Charlotte is associate director of Christie's International Real Estate's Development Project Marketing team. She works with the development project marketing team as project manager focusing on planning, execution and implementation. Charlotte has over ten years' experience in luxury residential property.
She has been with Christie's International Real Estate since 2004 and has in-depth knowledge of the Christie's auction house business as well as the international Affiliate network and their individual markets.
Charlotte has a BA (Hons) in History and Anthropology from Oxford Brookes University.
